Petrochemical business is a highrisk industry, the establishment and implementation of HSE management system can effectively help companies manage hazards. Audit of HSE management system can effectively promote the enterprise management level. Because the previous audit issues failed to give the overall quantitative evaluation results, therefore the evaluation method was proposed based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and improved method of analytic hierarchy process（AHP） combined, and the validity of the methodology was demonstrated by examples.
